You can rent the warehouse on site or remotely via e-mail. You can agree on renting with us by phone, email, text message or Whatsapp, when and what size warehouse you want to come and see. When the meeting has been arranged, it usually takes less than 15 minutes on the spot, then the contract has been made and the keys have been handed over to the tenant. We don’t have staff there all the time.

 

You can start renting the warehouse on any day of the month. The premises have electric heating. Electricity is included in the rent and does not need to be paid for separately. The keys and access control card to the space are handed over when the first month’s rent and rental deposit have been paid and the contract signed. After this, the renter can use the space freely. The tenant must purchase the lock himself for the interior of Riihimäki. Loading into the interior of Riihimäki takes place via a sturdy and gentle walking ramp.
