What you store with us?

In a small storage unit, you can store similar items as in an attic cage storage, such as:

• Clothes, furniture and dishes
• Bicycles, sports equipment, tools and car tires
• Other dry, odorless items

You can also bring a lawnmower or motorcycle to the storage unit, as long as the tank is completely empty.

Prohibited items for storage include:

• Explosive and flammable substances (e.g. paints, oils, gas cylinders and detergents)
• Weapons, ammunition and fireworks
• Food and organic products (unless they have been properly protected from pests).

Rental terms

• The rental agreement is valid until further notice. The minimum contract length is two (2) months.
• The contract can be started on any day of the calendar month.
• The rental deposit is two (2) months’ rent or another agreed amount.
• €100 will be charged for a lost key.
• The tenant is obliged to notify the landlord of any address and/or telephone number changes without delay.
• The tenant takes care of his own garbage and waste.
• At the end of the lease, the space must be clean and empty. A cleaning fee is charged for the emptying and cleaning of an uncleaned space, according to the costs incurred, the minimum charge is €200.
• Storage of goods in outdoor areas is prohibited.
• The notice period is next full month when the lessee terminates the lease agreement and 3 months when the lessor terminates the lease agreement.
• In case of breach of contract, the lessor has the right to terminate the contract immediately and collect compensation from the lessee for any costs and inconveniences.
• The lease agreement is subject to the Act on Renting Commercial Apartments (LHVL 482/95).
